Terms and Conditions

1.The purchase is complete when the buyer has paid in full and the payment has been confirmed. Once the funds are received the order will be dispatched.

2.Pricing & Shipping

Prices are stated in Euro inclusive of VAT. Shipping and packaging fee (S&P fee) will be advised separately depending on weight and volume of the item – the shipment will be effected by post, courier service or freight forwarder.

Our prices are binding at the time of order. We always endeavour to provide current and accurate information. However, pricing errors may sometimes occur. We reserve the right to: (a) correct any prices or pricing errors (b) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason.

3.Shipment

3.1 Delivery in Cyprus is made within 2-5 working days after payment has been completed.  If abroad delivery will depend according to the country of dispatch. We will inform the buyer at the time of placing the order the estimated time of delivery. A delivery delay which is beyond our responsibility does not entitle the buyer to claim damages or to cancel the purchase.

3.2 Risk of breakages will be covered by insurance on a separate fee upon your request. The cost will be advised and payment should be made before dispatch.

4.Payment

4.1  We accept Pay Pal and bank remittance. The amount should be free of any bank fees and remittance charges to the seller.

4.2  The items remain in our property until payment has been made in full.

Registration for the lessons

Your registration (via email, phone,  webshop or personally) is binding. You will receive a written confirmation from us with all the relevant information and an invoice/payment slip.

Fees
Include VAT, all materials and tools used, meals and light refreshments during course hours, unless otherwise stated in the written confirmation.

Cancellation

Written cancellation is required.

If your cancellation is more than 28 days before the class a 100% refund (excluding bank remittance charges) will be applied.

For cancellations, up to 7 days in advance a 50% refund will be given.

After this date no refund.

We will not charge this fee in full if we can find a new participant for the place.

Liability and insurance
We accept no liability for any damages arising during or from any courses or events organised by us at our premises. You are therefore personally responsible for ensuring your own adequate insurance cover. Use of our studios and any other facilities is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for theft or loss of your personal property.

6.Governing law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be resolved before the  Court of the Republic of Cyprus and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of this court in respect of all Disputes.
